Been using this pharmacy for over 15 years. Always helpful and go above and beyond to make sure we are getting what we need even with over the counter meds.
Only giving it a one star because it has to be clicked to comment. I went in tonight needed UTI medicine and as I was checking out, the manager came right up close behind me and said "you should give this back or do you want the cops to get involved" he was holding a pack of condoms that had been opened. It was a pack of three with one missing. Yes me with my UTI is definitely thinking about needing condoms. I told him I didn't and started turning out my pockets and he stormed off to check the cameras without apologizing for accusing me so rudely. Horribly service. Luckily the man behind the counter was extremely nice to me as I was checking out!
I took my script there on a Thursday. They didn't have either medication. They said Monday by 1. Monday comes they said somehow they didn't get ordered. Now they say come back Wednesday by 1. I never was able to receive my medication until exactly a week after I dropped the scripts off. I needed them when I brought them to be filled. I was o my supposed to be on the pills for a week. I had to change my check up appointment that was scheduled for one week after to see how the medication worked. It was a joke.
Tech claimed they didn't have my script. I called drs office to have it called in again. Was called back by nurse from drs office who informed me the pharmacy admitted to them they had the script all along, but wouldn't fill it without "more of my information." I returned to the pharmacy and Tech lied to my face saying that they "just got the script," it had been there all day as confirmed by doctor. Then was treated like a drug abuser over my epilepsy medication. Worst pharmacy ever.
