Extremely unprofessional and likely criminal. Did not confirm estimate with me before doing repairs. Did not tell me repairs were completed. Picked me up to get the car IN my car. I can only wonder what would have happened if their mechanic had gotten in to an accident with my car.
The bill came as just 1 line item, it was not broken down by category.
Just went there for brake caliper, pads, and shoes. They were very unprofessional, didn't try explaining anything to me, and gave the impression that all they were after was my money. Gave me my bill and nothing was specified, hourly rates, just numbers placed on a sheet pretty much. Tried asking them in detail of everything and he just ran through it with no real reasoning. Was charged $130 for labor and it took them 1 hr and 15 mins to complete. 20 mins of that time the mechanic was chatting with his girlfriend or friend. Wouldn't recommend getting your car repaired here.
My Tahoe's fuel pump went out this morning and a friend of mine called another shop for me and said that it would be $700 and they would not be able to get it done for 6 days! I called Busbee's and they were able to fix it today for much less! They even arranged towing, I am impressed. I will definitely bring my vehicles there in the future.

Busbee's, I would consider them my first choice for automotive work; they dedicate themselves to you and the situation. They find "the" problem, and call you telling you what they find, and fix it. It's done right and is perfectly reasonable on cost. I have been there twice for separate issues and it's 100% good times every time.
Not giving me an estimate and not itemizing the bill are actually against regulations set by the Michigan Department of State. This place is predatory at best and criminal at worst.
